Career Coaching: A career coach can help you identify your strengths, passions and career goals. It may mean taking a totally new direction, building on skills you already have or finding a new setting for your skills.

 

Life Coaching: A life coach helps you determine what changes in your life will bring you the most joy and fulfillment. Do you need to simplify, have more free time, prioritize, achieve specific goals? This is when a life coach can help you be the best that you can be.

 

Mentoring: Being a resource to young people in school or just starting their careers is an important part of my practice. The challenges for young people today are many, and making good decisions is more important than ever (sliding fee scale with scholarships available for students).

 

Business Consulting: On-site assistance in the following project areas: Branding, Business Strategy, Marketing, Project Management, Research & Analysis

Coaching

As a coach, I will listen to your story and help you design a plan to reach your goals. I will guide, challenge and inspire you every step of the way. My talents of empathy, wisdom and insight will enable us to make this journey together in a meaningful, practical and fun way.

What happens when you hire me as your coach? As your coach, I will help you:

• Get clear about what you want
• Create a plan to help you get there
• Get – and stay – on track with action
• Stop putting up with things that get in your way
• Reach for more than you would working on your own
• Get energized and keep the momentum!

I will work with you in a manner that is based on your personal needs and objectives. Sessions are held over the phone or in person, and I recommend a minimum commitment of three months for you to receive the maximum benefit from coaching.

Alternative monthly formats for calls or in-person meetings include:

• Two 1-hour sessions
• Three 45 minute sessions
• Four 30 minute sessions

Also included in your monthly retainer fee is unlimited support between your scheduled calls, either by phone or email.

About Robin

Fueled by my passion to help women be successful in their careers and lives, I launched my coaching business in 2008. I live in the Boston area and possess 20 years of business experience in strategic marketing and management consulting. The last corporate position I held was Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning at one of the largest mutual fund companies in the country. I earned my M.B.A. from Columbia University and undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduated from Coach University, an  accredited ICF coaching program.

How did I reach this career path? After spending years in corporate America where I was highly driven to succeed, the challenge of corporate life no longer interested me. I love being a coach, because I love walking along side people who see there is a gap between where they are and where they want to be. I especially enjoy working with women, and friends have told me that I am a talented coach. It is truly a privilege to help my clients achieve their goals!

My name is Robin Kahn, and I provide coaching services to women struggling with these types of professional and personal challenges. My goal is to help clients refocus and rejuvenate their lives and careers in order to live with a sense of purpose and passion.

My clients include women professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals who have desires, dreams and goals but feel stuck. These feelings can be especially pronounced at life transitions such as midlife when we may question our purpose, or for businesses looking to get to the next level of growth. As a coach, my goal is to listen to and support clients to get from where they are to where they wish to be.
